This screen shows the Flowsheet tab of an individual patient's Chart that contains what appears to be a rather typical prenatal flowsheet. What is not typical is that every item is legible and abnormal values entered in the flowsheet are impossible to miss.

Just below the flowsheet is a reminder list of items that are part of this patient's individual prenatal care plan. These care items will appear at the appropriate times throughout the patient's gestation and will NOT go away until somebody takes some action to make them go away. In the example above, all of the care items are overdue and highlighted to make the user aware of that fact!

You'll also notice the blue patient banner across the top of every page in the eNATAL Chart. This banner contains key information about the patient including risks, allergies, medications, EDD, etc. This is also the same information that is available for download for use on a handheld computing device.
